The room offered a breathtaking view, and I’m glad we chose this hotel. The location is handy and the beach is great. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes and fruit, and nearby Ca Bay café serves tasty seafood at reasonable prices.

The location is good, yet the floors in both the room and the hallways were dirty, with black hair on the floor; when I reported it to staff nothing was done.

The hotel has all the features of a good property, but the staff let me down. The breakfast was decent, but the staff were friendly yet had poor English and seemed uninterested in serving. They started cleaning before making drinks and had no idea how to mix cocktails – a Blue Hawaii was served as yellow! I had to remind them of my order. No pool towels were available, and the pool attendant took dirty ones from the gym floor for my grandchildren, thinking that was acceptable. Housekeeping only changed linens; I had to request toilet paper and tissues. The staff need better training and supervision. Photos taken after cleaning show the state of the rooms.

The staff here are very enthusiastic and polite, greeting everyone warmly, which is a big plus. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, the location is close to the beach, and getting around the city is easy.
