I appreciated the parking, location, building, and shared kitchen, but the showers were too small.

The room was spotless and the staff answered quickly; they even arranged a taxi for me near the supermarket, but the hotel was far from the city center and there were no transport options.

I really don’t know where to begin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THIS HOST! The stay was pure HORROR and a NIGHTMARE. Nicola, the guy who rents the place, was initially friendly and agreed to communicate via iMessage, but later insisted on WhatsApp only. The cheapest room we were given smelled like insecticide and was infested with bugs that bit us at night; the bathroom had cockroaches crawling around. When we asked for an airport transfer, he quoted a very high price for a 10‑minute drive and then cancelled it because we asked for a lower rate, calling it “disrespectful.” He ignored our messages, even though we needed to be at the airport the next day. He threatened us, sent people over to “check on us,” and made it clear he wanted to see us in person in a hostile manner. In the morning we almost missed our flights because the gate to leave the property was closed and the host never told us how to exit. We had to jump over the gate with our luggage to leave. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had outside, and I do NOT recommend this place.

The property sits inside a green oasis, is quiet, surrounded by nature, clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the host is very helpful and replies immediately. I recommend it.
