All the staff who attend you are very pleasant and concerned about your well‑being. The parties organized at the hotel on Saturday caused excessive noise late into the night; the facilities lack proper acoustic insulation, so all the commotion leaked into the rooms and disrupted sleep.

I liked the staff’s attention, and the facilities are comfortable and spacious. Everything was fine.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast decent, the rooms quite large and the beds comfortable, but the area feels a bit unsafe and the Wi‑Fi isn’t very good.

Nothing special stood out, but the place lacks soundproofing, the Wi‑Fi was down due to an external issue that they warned me about, the room had no smoke detector, the bathroom extractor didn’t work, and breakfast was very limited. The main entrance is barred, so it doesn’t feel secure; if you go out to smoke late at night they’ll ask you for coins or cigarettes.

Hot water was reliable, there were plenty of towels, and the heating worked well, yet nighttime street noise and noises from the ceiling were annoying.
