The property was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. You offer free drinks for not having housekeeping clean your room for the stay, yet your staff act like they are upset when you ask for the voucher. Needless to say we didn’t ask for the vouchers for our second night.

The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. The breakfast selection was good, and I only had one dinner which was very good. There was a bit more storage needed for clothes in the bedroom, e.g., a chest of drawers would have provided plenty of room.

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was fantastic and large, and it was perfect for a one‑night stopover in Stratford. Excellent upgrades were offered on this occasion. The upgraded room was a “Balcony room”; although it was larger, I really didn’t like being overlooked and overlooking other balconies. It’s not great for people who enjoy privacy.

The location was comfortable and fabulous, literally a few minutes’ walk from the centre. The room was spacious and well laid out with plenty of plug points. Car parking was very convenient and the level walk made all the difference with a heavy suitcase.
