The Waldhotel Albachmühle, a family-run hotel in the Albachtal Nature Park, is a 10-minute walk from the River Moselle. Rooms feature satellite TV, seating areas, and private bathrooms with toiletries and hairdryers. The traditional restaurant serves fresh trout from the on-site trout pond, offering themed days and a rich breakfast buffet. The hotel is near the Moselle, Saar, and Sauer cycle paths, and close to the Moselsteig Trail.

A wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in a cozy hotel; dinner and breakfast were good, but we only stayed one night so didn’t have enough time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The electricity went out, but after a phone call we were helped very quickly. The electricity went out once and the beds were fairly hard, but overall I slept fine.

The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful; it’s great that the hotel has an in‑house restaurant. The kitchen windows could use a good cleaning, which would leave a better impression.

Fine Hotel is in a nice wooded location. Breakfast was good, with a good selection and service, and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. I had no complaints.
