“Colonial, moderno ordenado limpio y bien atendido”
The service was exceptional, the hotel’s location was good, and cleanliness and order were fully met. I stayed in the Suite, which is spectacular, with colonial‑modern finishes, careful details, a large TV, and a very modern bathtub, all very comfortable and well executed. The staff were completely friendly, attentive, and cooperative with any needs. The breakfast was fascinating, to taste, everything was very good. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room properly, there was little internet (good or bad depends on the person); my operator is Claro and I had almost no mobile data signal, which might be a general issue in Sopó with the operator.
