“整體算不錯，只是房間清潔需改善”
The room space was wide enough, but the cleaning could improve and the floor was dirty.

The location was good and the place was clean, but the staff left something to be desired.

We liked everything. All the staff we came in contact with, were very friendly and helpful. The toilet paper was a poor quality, and therefore very wastful

The reception ladies were very friendly and breakfast was good; it was a solid base for train travel to Oxford, Windsor and London, but the bathroom was very small and a bit noisy, the hotel sits in a street full of bars and restaurants and it gets busy on weekends, and we slept on the back side with the windows closed so we heard nothing, so that was fine.
