The hotel is close to the city centre and has a pleasant pool, but the bathroom facilities were inadequate, dirty, and not cleaned (cockroaches were in the bathroom). The room was not ready; I had to request pillows, towels, toilet paper, and water. The breakfast lacked variety of European options.

We liked the pool and the rooms were simple yet comfortable. The place was very quiet, yet still close to shops and other attractions.

Reasons to steer clear of this hotel: 1. The staff show no sense of responsibility; one staff member spilled juice on me and didn’t apologize, instead blaming me, which was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 2. The hotel is filthy: I used a public restroom where human waste remained in the toilet because the flush was weak, and it looked old; the towels smelled bad, and the water pressure in the bathroom was so low that even using the toilet was inconvenient. 3. Breakfast was terrible, unlikely to please most international guests. 4. An older staff member was unhelpful, disrespectful, and lacked basic hospitality manners. The pool was dirty and cloudy, raising safety concerns. The gate was locked after our desert tour and no staff were at the entrance; this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at without 24‑hour duty, which could trap guests in an emergency. These are the reasons I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The owner should read this review carefully and act immediately to fix these problems. Also, if you see that this hotel has very few reviews despite a high rating, think twice before booking.

The location is good, close to the centre but quiet, surrounded by a palm garden. The staff are accommodating and ready to meet any request.

“Ok pour son emplacement et sa piscine SI elle est opérationnelle !”

Its location relative to the city centre is very noisy at night. The pool was empty—very disappointing! I had to insist on a discount. The local breakfasts were not suitable for tourists. It’s extremely close to a minaret… and the muezzin!
