Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. The first problem was poor management and lack of organization. It is unreasonable for a client to book a smoking room and then discover it’s unavailable upon arrival. If rooms aren’t available, why confirm the booking at all? This shows weak management and disrespect for customers’ time. I expected better service and credibility, but the stay was let down. I don’t recommend staying here unless management improves and honors confirmed reservations. Additionally, another review reflects bad management and weak services. As a guest, you’re entitled to basic services and comfort that match what you pay. Returning after a long day to find all parking full, and being told by staff to park a whole kilometre away, is unacceptable. Is this the level of service a guest deserves? Is it logical to pay for a hotel stay and then have to walk a long distance to reach the room? The problem isn’t just the lack of parking; it’s also poor management and the failure to offer suitable solutions. The hotel’s management must reorganize parking and provide nearby, convenient alternatives, not blame the guest for administrative errors. The experience was disappointing, and management needs to rethink its service level and customer handling. I don’t recommend this hotel for those seeking comfort and good service.
