It was absolutely terrible; the front‑desk lady refused to help, was rude, and couldn't navigate the booking system—do not do business with her.

The room was large and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When advertised it started that there was a swimming pool, but when I asked I was told they haven't had a pool in over 5 years. The breakfast that was included was apples, bananas, dry cereal, cookies and coffee

I appreciated that the floor wasn’t carpeted, so it was cleaner, but the access was bureaucratic with a deposit required for potential damages, there was no hot water in the evening, no hair dryer, and breakfast was a joke—just a banana.

The place was spotless and right near the spots we had to visit, but when we tried to bring our son, the staff insisted it wasn’t allowed, claiming it was a policy restriction—though I only saw the policy mention pets. It’s unsettling that they lump pets and kids together.
