The room and the whole hotel were dirty, the internet barely worked, and the area around the hotel was dirty and unsafe.

Goede locatie en vlotte checkin. Toen we s avonds terug kwamen en nog iets aan de bar wouden bestellen, hebben we 10 minuten gewacht. Niemand kwam ons helpen, terwijl er 3 mensen achter de balie stonden. Ook na actief te vragen of we konden bestellen, bleef het wachten. We hebben dan maar niets gedronken. Helaas vergat ik mijn toiletzak in de kamer. Toen we de dag erna gingen polsen naar het verloren voorwerp, waren er terug 3 baliemensen die elkaar voor de voeten liepen en ons niet verder konden helpen. Inefficientie troef en geen toiletzak terug gevonden. Heel teleurstellend
