We chose this place because we needed to stay near Termini, but it was expensive for what it offered. There was no proper front desk, so when we arrived at night with luggage we had to wait because no one opened the door; we called the phone listed on Booking and nobody answered. The TV was broken, the fan was so loud it was barely audible, it was hot, and we could hear everything from the street.

The location and staff were good, but the kitchen felt like a mock‑up: no oven or stove, no toaster, very poorly equipped. The shower delivered hot water for only 3 seconds, then cold for 3 seconds in a continuous cycle, which was annoying… The mattress needs to be replaced.

It’s close to Roma Termini station, but the check‑in was difficult. First, finding the exact location wasn’t obvious. The website said check‑in could start at 12 p.m., yet I was outside the building at 12:30 p.m. and there was no one there.
