“Super comfortable room and the friendliest host”

I arrived at Hotel Col Du Mont and was greeted warmly, the room was spotless and the bed was supremely comfortable, so I felt instantly at ease. The hotel’s location works well for exploring the Aosta valley, and the free, roomy car park right across the street was a big plus. I stayed for 8 nights, using the hotel as a base to tackle many hiking trails, and it was spot on. The Wi‑Fi, however, was completely unusable – I had zero reception, which was annoying but also kind of freeing to just switch it off.

“La prima volta in Valle d'Aosta”

La struttura a conduzione familiare, si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le parti più note della Valle d'Aosta Le camere sono semplici, non sono tutte uguali così pure ii bagni. La colazione adeguata e semplice di dolce e salato, manca la frutta. La cena viene servita alle 08,00, con due portate di primo (minestra e poi pasta), secondo con contorno, frutta o dolce il tutto cucinato in modo semplice e saporito. La titolare gentile e professionale, cerca in ogni modo di accontentare il cliente. Le stanze che si affacciano sulla strada con le finestre aperte sentono il transito delle auto o moto, Le stanze che si affacciano sul lato fiume/torrente, sono più silenziose, anche se si sente l'acqua scorrere
