Breakfast was typical for the region and acceptable; the staff were very kind, friendly, and eager to help. The setting is pleasant, far from the city bustle. However, the hotel has undergone some renovations, such as marble floors and a new elevator. The rooms are beautiful, but the corners feel unfinished; dust falls from the walls, the bathroom floods after showering, the door opens only with effort, and it scratches heavily on the floor. Everything doesn’t quite fit together. On the balcony, paint peels, there are no chairs, and the garden urgently needs a makeover. What annoyed me most was the motion sensor in the bathroom—it turns off too early while still in use, and at night it’s very bright whenever someone goes to the toilet; the light can’t be switched off.
I had a terrible stay here - the hotel was a total disaster. Everything was a mess and it was clear they didn't care about their guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This hotel is awesome for big groups - we got a good deal and the service was really friendly. That being said, we did have some issues with smoking in the rooms and they weren't exactly spotless. Still, it was a great value.
