The food was bad.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and nice. The beach service was disastrous, requiring hours of waiting, and the service at the beach was non-existent.

We only liked the rooms. Because the hotel takes more guests than capacity, the pools, restaurant, terrace, and beach service were severely lacking; finding a lounge chair in the pool was impossible.

Everything was inadequate. We got everything extra, but the cold box, drinks, alcohol, Turkish coffee, and the salad on the beach were all subpar.
