The staff were warm and friendly, it was good value for money, and the location was great.

The place was clean, but the room was too small, there were no chairs for breakfast in the room, only one remote for all rooms was inconvenient, the taps needed replacing, and the shower door floor was full of water.

The place looked very different from the pictures; I was shocked when I arrived and will never recommend it. The room was too small, fitting only the bed, with no table or side table, and the TV was cracked in half. The toilet sink was the size of a porridge bowl—something I’d never seen before—and the shower was a mess. There was no place to change the phone, and when you called for help it felt like you were irritating them. I can say a lot more, but I won’t go again even if they say the price is R100. The bed was very comfortable, 8/10, but I didn’t even take pictures because the place was a mess and had no space at all.
