“Dangerous accommodation for health”
The location and distance to transport were fine, but the experience was terrible. I strongly advise against staying here unless you’re ready for unsanitary conditions. Only one parking spot is near the house, and you must keep watching it because it’s first‑come, first‑served, forcing everyone else to search for street parking around the neighborhood. This isn’t a hotel but a house with six or seven separate rooms, and it was extremely dirty. A staff member messaged us via WhatsApp the day before arrival asking for documents, personal information, and real‑time photos to complete registration, which seemed inappropriate and unclear under data protection rules. The room was large enough for three people, but the third sleeping arrangement was unsuitable for an adult; the host knew three adults were staying yet didn’t prepare a proper bed. The bed offered fit only a child up to 14 or a slim adult under about 170 cm, the linens were worn and smelled used, and the pillows and blankets were dirty, stained, and odorous. No bedding was provided for the third bed, so we had to use our own travel bedding from the car. We paid for a week but could only tolerate three nights; on the fourth night we found another place and left “Cosy room 5 s”. The host refused any compensation for the inconvenience or the unused prepaid days, though we did receive bonuses to our account. With partners like “Cosy room 5 s”, the situation remains unsatisfactory.
