I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff seemed completely unprepared for our arrival, and when we finally got to our rooms, we were told they had been cancelled. The receptionist was incredibly arrogant and dismissive, making us feel like we were the ones at fault. As a family with five young children, this was a nightmare scenario, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel, which was a complete disaster from start to finish. We had booked six rooms for our family group, but when we arrived at midnight, we were told that our rooms had been cancelled. My stay at this hotel was just average, and I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean, but the overall experience was just.fine. However, the real issue was the cleanliness of the hotel, which was dirty and in need of a good scrub.
