“Super”

The room was very clean and the staff excellent; a proper shower next to the bathtub would be super.

The staff had amazing attitude, the hotel was dazzling and charming, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, booking rooms with a view is worth it because the surrounding mountain view is perfect, breakfast was wonderful; the pool water wasn’t warm enough and you couldn’t get into it.

The pool and spa area are awesome, with fruit everywhere to take away and tasty afternoon cake for everyone. The rooms are large, basically vacation apartments fully equipped. Every morning there’s fresh water in the fridge, tea bags and coffee pods in the room. Free parking is right in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bed is super comfortable. The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy from the street and train when you’re on the balcony or have the window open; with the window closed you hear nothing.

“Es war ein toller Urlaub. Highlight waren zwei Bergwanderungen mit Judy. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

The staff were super friendly and attentive, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were nicely furnished, the kitchen was upscale, and they offered free bicycle rentals (no e‑bikes). You could book beautiful mountain hikes through the hotel. The hotel sits on a busy road and a railway line, so if you want to sleep with the window open, choose a room on the back side (near the pool).
