The hotel offers great value, with friendly staff—especially Anay, Sonali, and Rani—excellent food, and a very spacious, comfortable room. The downside was a large corporate event on the grounds that produced loud music until 2300, and I think any five‑star hotel should inform guests about this when booking.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary over three nights and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The room upgrade felt luxurious, the anniversary chocolate cake was a sweet surprise, and the foot spa was relaxing. A “Happy anniversary” leaf arrangement on the bed and personal messages from team members made us feel like royalty. Food, hospitality, service, and the surprise coordination on the big day were all excellent. Algehele ambiance was erg goed. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was heel ruim en mooi (we hebben een upgrade gekregen). Het ontbijt was heerlijk. We hebben ook een massage genomen, die was ook erg goed (en betaalbaar). De gym heeft maar weinig gewichten, dat is jammer. Verder laten ze de sleutel van de kamer op een nogal merkwaardige manier achter als ze schoonmaken wanneer je er niet bent. Wij hebben daarom de kamer alleen maar laten schoonmaken toen we zelf aanwezig waren, dat moet wel echt anders

From the moment we arrived at the Taj, Sonali and her team made us feel warmly welcomed. The arrival process was smooth, and thoughtful touches throughout the stay—like baked goods delivered to our room—added a personal, memorable touch. The staff, particularly Sonali, Nidhi, Kaustubh, Anay, and Sagar, were attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. Dining was wonderful, with excellent service and delicious food, and Sagar’s cocktails were a highlight. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a pleasure to return to each night. The hotel itself is stunning and picturesque, and every detail—from the setting to the interiors—felt special. The spa was incredible, and Nidhi went above and beyond to arrange it for us. Overall, the combination of beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, thoughtful surprises, excellent dining, and an incredible spa made this an unforgettable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a special, welcoming experience.
