I stayed in a very quiet area, so having a car is essential if you want to go beyond the hotel. There are plenty of parking spots, but no supermarket within walking distance. The location right on the sea is nice, though it’s always pretty windy. The beach in front of the hotel is lovely, but the sunbeds and umbrellas cost extra. The hotel itself is well‑planned but a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area looks nice at first glance, yet there’s no shade, the sunbeds were worn and dirty, and many boards on the wooden deck overlooking the sea were rotting or broken. The rooms were simply furnished but very clean. Climate control and a safe were included, and there was also a fridge. We dined once at the hotel and the dishes were excellent! The breakfast, however, was very sparse and uninviting, and our breakfast table wasn’t cleaned for three days.
