The apartment was spacious and the lady was very welcoming. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no shower gel or shampoo, and the breakfast was disappointing.

Overall, everything! The location is great, and the host lady is a delight! We loved it a lot!

The owner, Ritosa, was genuinely friendly and chatted with guests as if they had known each other for years. The homemade jams were so delicious, and the breakfast included sausage, cheese, butter, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled eggs, white bread, and of course good coffee. We were extremely satisfied. Nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent: both the center of Parenzo and the beaches are reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes. Family‑friendly welcome with the proprietors' kindness and availability. Breakfast features homemade jams made from their own fruit. Convenient parking. The room is spacious with a terrace. The beds are comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom was never cleaned during the 3‑day stay; perhaps cleaning wasn't planned, but it wasn't mentioned in the pre‑booking information.
