“Hyvä hotelli vuorten siimeksessä”
The staff were the best at this hotel; service was excellent and efficient. We received a shuttle from the hotel to the train station in the morning, which made our trip to the next destination easier. Unfortunately, the sauna was not available in September.
The courtesy and the super comfortable beds were impressive.
The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean, and the location was good, but the breakfast was lacking.
“Nice place to stay”
Clean. The water was a bit cold.
“Сам городок, завтрак и ужин , чистота в отеле очень понравилось!”
The place was clean and the location was good, but I asked for two separate beds because I was traveling with my adult son; instead we got one bed with an uncomfortable, warped mattress. After a long day we hoped for a good night's sleep, but we didn't get it. It's a shame that neither the booking platform nor the hotel staff had arranged this beforehand.
