No positives. The room was cramped, tucked in a narrow alley, and the mattress and pillows were not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom, toilet, and shared washbasin were all in the same space, so when I showered the entire area got soaked. The price was high while the quality was poor. The family-run hotel lacked a front desk and proper hotel procedures. It was noisy early in the morning. Booking through the website forced me to cancel because they only charged when you arrived. They also had no idea which website you booked through. Be careful about charges on the website and cash at the hotel.

The room was in bad shape, smelled like something rotten, and when I arrived the staff and owner were irritable and spoke to guests in a harsh manner, making me feel very uncomfortable.

I stayed two nights. The location is good, close to the airport and downtown. Overall it’s decent for the price. The room was clean and the hot water and bathroom were fine. The staff don’t speak any English, so the receptionist is friendly but communication is impossible. It would help if they learned basic English to interact with foreign guests. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

I booked here before my flight to Germany so we had a place to relax and shower in Ho Chi Minh. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
