The one good thing about this hotel was the internet connection - it was fast and reliable. But that was about it. The bedsheets were dirty, my room had no window, and the elevator was right outside my door, so I didn't get much sleep. To make matters worse, none of the staff spoke any English, so communication was a real challenge. And if you wanted hot water, you had to ask for it specifically.

Don't even think about bringing your car here - the parking situation is a total disaster. The hotel itself isn't much better, with a lack of decent public parking options nearby. It's just not a good spot if you've got a vehicle.

The staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and helpful - they went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and special requests. It really felt like a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel's interior design was really impressive - it was elegant and classy. But the location was a major letdown - it was right in the middle of a slum, and the filth and grime really affected the overall atmosphere.

I'm still trying to figure out what the fuss is about this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had. The location was also pretty great, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. But, honestly, that's about where the positives end. The room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, and the whole place just felt really run down.
