I’ve never stayed at a hotel so poorly managed; the place was filthy, staff were casually indifferent, even slipping beside the stairs until 8:30, which meant no morning tea was served, so I’ll never book there again. The property itself isn’t worthless, but my driver booked the same room for 400 while we had to pay 3000 for the same room, and I was totally dissatisfied with the amenities—everything felt completely useless, and I had to uninstall my app.
