Allan and the whole front desk crew were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help or give directions. The coffee machine was available all day and worked well, and they also had filtered water, beach gear, and a lot more. The elevators were standard size, modern, and could fit two of us with our large suitcases. The rooms were clean, well‑furnished, and a pleasant surprise when we first walked in. Finding good places for lunch and dinner was easy, with a Carrefour grocery store nearby, just two blocks from the Promenade, and about a 10‑minute walk to the Pl Macena and Nice‑Ville train stops. Overall, we were happy and felt the neighborhood was very safe for a late‑night stroll. The only downside was that our room’s compact kitchen had supplies we didn’t need, and the space felt very tight for two large suitcases and luggage—maybe it was just our particular room. I managed to get by without asking for a room change.
