Everything was beyond expectations! Even though the location is not in a very touristy area, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the apartment, the host, and everything the surroundings offer. First of all, the accommodation was excellent: spacious room, very clean, quiet, air‑conditioned, and all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was extraordinary, answered all our questions promptly and helped us with much more than we expected. She gave us useful recommendations and even helped us with a reservation at a nearby restaurant where we ate excellently. Right in front of the building is a very good pastry shop/café, and about 8 minutes walking you find tram and bus stops, with quick connections to the city center, which can be reached in about 25 minutes. We will definitely come back and, moreover, we will recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances. Thank you for the hospitality and all the help offered!
The property is beautiful, super clean, welcoming and equipped. The bathroom in the room is perfect and the balcony with a small table and chairs lets you enjoy your preferred relaxation. The location of the property is served very well by many public transport options that take you everywhere you want to go. Tiziana welcomed us, super professional, kind and available, answered all our questions and gave us a lot of useful information. We will definitely come back.

I gave the highest score because this stay truly deserves it. The cleanliness is simply impeccable: I rarely find an environment so well cared for. Even walking barefoot, I did not feel the slightest trace of dust. The air is always fresh, the sheets and bath linens are perfect, and the attention to detail really makes a difference. The host was extremely courteous and available. Mid‑stay she even wrote to make sure everything was fine and asked if I needed anything. Every time I contacted her she replied very quickly, always with great kindness. The location is convenient, well served, and with a bus stop nearby, from which the city center is easily reachable. What can I say, it was a truly excellent experience. I recommend this place without hesitation and when I return to Rome, it will definitely be my go‑to.
