The breakfast was fantastic, but the bed was hard.

I got in easily from the A3, but the room had a cigarette smell that lingered.
The accommodation was decent, but the air‑conditioning didn’t work.
Nothing good, everything was dirty.

The front‑desk staff, both at check‑in and the lady at check‑out, were very friendly and the beds were fine. Our room on the 4th floor had water stains and other indistinct marks on the walls, and the toilet smelled like years of stale smoke—probably because the room lacked a fire alarm—an odor that spread through the hotel despite attempts to mask it with cheap room freshener. The entire carpet was filthy, and sticky spots were everywhere on the furniture. The reception closed shortly after we checked in, so we couldn’t contact anyone. I was aware that for the price I wouldn’t expect luxury, but the photos on the site did not reflect the actual condition.
