Located in central Póvoa de Varzim, Luso Brasileiro sits 100 m from the beach and Casino da Póvoa. Rooms feature air‑conditioning, double‑glazed windows, carpeted floors, satellite TV, free Wi‑Fi and optional balconies or terraces. Guests enjoy a continental buffet breakfast, a lounge with games and newspapers, 24‑hour reception Wi‑Fi, nearby bars, restaurants, a pool, shopping centres, and easy access to Porto (20 km) and the airport.

For three consecutive years, the Hotel Luso Brasileiro has been my home in Póvoa de Varzim, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! It’s more than a hotel: it’s a place where I truly feel at ease, welcomed, and at home. I highlight the friendliness, availability, comfort, and excellent hospitality. The place sits beside the promenade, the basic breakfast was tasty and the room was comfortable to relax in. The room itself was very old, the bathroom still had a tub with a curtain and the water pressure was low.

A hotel right in the heart of town, perfect for pilgrims, and the breakfast included was great. The power sockets were far from the bed and the carpet looked worn out and could use an upgrade.

Excellent location. The staff were friendly. The blinds wouldn’t open and made noise at night. The breakfast was very basic.
