“Great stay - great location”
The spot is right by the Opera, super clean and a solid deal for the price; the room is a bit on the small side but that's fine if you're just sleeping there. The only gripe was that the bath didn’t have a shower over it—there was a shower head, but nothing to hang it on.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean, but the towels I used were taken away and no fresh ones were offered.

The location was fantastic and the staff were outstanding; the hotel itself is newly renovated and the staff are a perfect 10. The bathroom door was transparent, so when I was traveling with a friend there was no privacy to use the toilet.

The place is amazing, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and nice spots within walking distance; Wills and Ben are literally angels and the cleaning crew is wonderful—felt like home, so I’ll return when I’m back in Paris. Just a heads‑up: you have to climb stairs to reach the elevator.
