Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and tasty dishes. The spot is in the city center, within walking distance of the stadium and BK Arena, and near grocery stores, a nice café, and Kigali Jollof (a Nigerian restaurant).

It’s very central, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were a bit slow when delivering items to the room.

Great location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which was appreciated after a long flight from Vancouver, Canada. Fredrick, the hotel driver, was very accommodating, showing us around Kigali and taking us to the market. The amenities were awesome: rooftop lounge, pool, gym, good food, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. No complaints.

I loved the cozy atmosphere, the gym was well equipped, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The recyclable items provided in the room were a nice touch, and I also appreciated the ironer. However, there was no non‑cow milk available, the breakfast should start at 6 am, the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle, and the taxi they arrange is outrageously expensive for the distance from the airport. The sink at the entrance was confusing to me.

The service and hotel are excellent. We had only a short stay but we were looked after very well and the hotel is comfortable
