The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very complete.

The hotel’s location is exceptional, yet it doesn’t have a 24‑hour reception, so if you arrive before 15:00 no one is there; they assured us someone would be available at night but gave us a key code instead, which we didn’t need because we arrived after 22:00. The room bathroom was a recent construction with panels that look like stone cardboard, and the toilet offered no privacy; I missed an extra pillow, though I didn’t ask reception for one. Breakfast was just adequate. The two staff members we saw were correct and friendly.

I love the architecture, the people’s attention at the hotel, the reception, etc.; the location is fantastic and everything is perfect.

The breakfast was the worst we’ve experienced to date, even after staying in many hotels; it’s the worst of all, never again. The rest was terrible.
