The rooms were clean and stylish—a real good hotel. I ran into a small issue getting clear information about the cost for an extra bed, even though I’d booked for three people but only had a double bed.

The room was fine, and the exterior and interior facilities were well kept. The indoor pool area was very clean, the staff were friendly, and there was a large parking lot. The downside was the lack of a daily bar; normally, outside restaurant hours, drinks were only available from a clunky, frustrating machine. The pleasant receptionist could help with direct sales, but overall the hotel is good for conferences, not so much for travelers like us. The restaurant felt more like a cafeteria in a large bureaucracy.

The breakfast was good, but everything was very dark: the wellness area and the lack of reading lamps at the beds.

Our room was pleasant and well furnished, and the bathroom was beautifully done, yet we were disappointed with the service. At reception on arrival day and at breakfast it seemed the staff had no enthusiasm for their work, which I rarely see. During breakfast the tables, even when crowded, were cleaned very slowly; some stayed more than 30 minutes with dirty dishes. About the hotel itself we can’t really say anything bad except that it might feel a bit “twisted” and you have to find your way around first. Otherwise the property is nice.
