I had a truly awful stay. The room had no heating—temperature was 10°C, and the humidity soaked my clothes. Despite repeated requests from me and other guests, the owner refused to give extra blankets or any heating method, so I slept in my jacket to avoid getting sick. The lock on my room didn’t close, which was unacceptable for safety. The electrical system was faulty: using a hairdryer and kettle at the same time caused a total power outage every time. The shared bathroom was freezing and extremely damp, making any shower impossible. The five‑storey building had no elevator, which wasn’t clearly stated given its overall condition. The owner offered no assistance and denied my request for a refund for the remaining two nights, even though the accommodation was unsanitary. I left on January 1st to protect my health and safety, booking another hotel at my own expense. Paying over €50 per night for such a service is a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.
