Good location, close to the beach, shops, and bakery. Parking is in front of the house. The owner is friendly. The bathroom needs renovation; everything is very small and cramped.

The accommodation is very good and works well for families with children, who have their own beds instead of just a sofa. It’s close to a nice beach—within 5 minutes—and there’s a buffet on the beach with clean water. It’s also near the town centre, with groceries, a bakery, a café, and several restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was good, everything was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked. Thank you. We would appreciate one or two more quality cooking pots, and only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for four people for the whole week.

There’s an outdoor dining table called the Green Corner. No negatives.

Rahela was a great host. The balcony, shaded by Bougainvillea, was lovely. The best part was the location—just a 3‑minute walk to the beach! The rooms were spacious enough, and the kitchen was well equipped. We’ll definitely come back.

The house is a 2‑minute walk from the Sv Martin beach, where you can continue along the Lussinpiccolo promenade without a car to visit other beaches; it’s a 10‑minute walk from the Lussinpiccolo centre and a 2‑minute walk from the Jadranka supermarket, bar, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and bike and scooter rentals. The house has a dishwasher and a bidet, which is a bonus for us Italians! Parking is on the street, but in July we never had trouble finding a spot nearby, even though we moved it every day. The covered outdoor dining area is well protected from the sun, and you’ll be greeted by friendly neighbour cats. Mrs. Rahela is a caring and helpful host who resolved small hiccups very quickly. The house is a bit small, but it’s more than enough for a week.
