The reception was very friendly, there was parking at the house, the room was spacious, the wellness area was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the dinner was good. There was nothing to complain about.

The area was very nice and quiet outside the city, we enjoyed the pool, the large parking was perfect and we could park our motorcycles right at the house, and the staff were very friendly, especially the young waiters who spoke perfect English and were very helpful. In the morning the cleaning staff started tidying early, leaving piles of laundry scattered in the hallways, which looked uncoordinated and unappealing.

The newly refurbished hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly, and the range of facilities is great; I loved the pool and thermal spa, and it was excellent value for money.

The hotel was a bit off the beaten path, so a car was essential, but that made it very quiet, which we liked. The location is otherwise ideal for day trips, like to the Rosental. The ventilation system outside our room was loud, and the bathroom had little storage space.
