The Lovely Caravan at Broadland Sands Park features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a cosy fireplace. Located in Hopton on Sea, it's close to Gorleston Beach (2.7 km), Caister Castle & Motor Museum (17 km), and Norwich Cathedral (41 km). A sofa bed and dining area ensure a comfortable stay.

The view of the field and proximity to the park were nice, but the room wasn’t clean, the grill didn’t work, the TV had a purple screen, Wi‑Fi was dead, and we were charged £25 for my son’s pool pass that wasn’t even checked, giving him only 45 minutes of swimming – the most expensive swim ever.

It’s the last caravan next to the field where you can watch a lovely sunset through the window in the evening, and it’s close to the center of SandsPark; ceramic bowls, plates, mugs, cutlery, pots and pans were supplied, the bedding was new, and everything was clean. I’d prefer not to have to bring all the covers for bedding, towels, washing‑up liquids, etc., but it’s clearly stated, so no surprises and not really a dislike, just a general comment. The decor is very bland, but we stayed out most of the time. When we tried to use the oven, the gas smell put us off and we ended up not using it; we couldn’t get a signal on the TV.

The fitted sheet for the bed needs to be larger than a normal double.

The location is nice, the side view is comfortable and lovely, and it’s close to the sea view; however, hot water is inconsistent, there are no china plates or bowls (only plastic), and more heating is needed for colder months.
