The Exchange Sacramento

“Nice rooms, good location, but overpriced and disappointing restaurant experience.”

The rooms were clean and modern, but the restaurant left a lot to be desired, with service that was exceptionally slow.

“Will stay here whenever we are in Sacramento.”

I’ve stayed here before, and the staff is always very pleasant and the rooms are consistently clean.

It was nice and very close to the stadium, but I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for the room; $780 was a huge mistake to double charge someone.

“We loved the staff they were great to us and we sincerely appreciated them for all did from explaining were to find thin”

The hotel had a lot going for it - it was very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. However, our room on the ground floor had a major flaw - every morning, we were awakened by the noise of garbage trucks and delivery vehicles, which started as early as 3:30 am. It was frustrating that we couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise.

“Sac Town was not what we expected, and we loved it more that we thought”

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, which made it easy for us to walk around and explore the area. The second floor was also a highlight, with a lovely lobby stairwell that felt like our private entrance. However, our room had some issues - the curtains were not fully clean, and the layout was a bit quirky. While we appreciated the historic nature of the property, we couldn't help but feel that the room's charm was somewhat compromised by these flaws.
