Location close to downtown. Shared space, flies everywhere, one bathroom, broken door, creaky floors, people sleeping in the living room. Just overall an unbelievablly uncomfortable experience
“Terrible (DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE”
NOTHINGNESS. Absolutely terrible place! Don’t let the price fool you! The images on this website do not represent the place at all. The place is run down dingy and horrifically dirty. My bed sheets, pillows and bed cover was stained and gross. And I woke up the first morning with bites on my leg!!! (PAY THE EXTRA $20-40 to go elsewhere)!!! Also the owners attitude was horrific stating she didn’t care when I called her

Just how near everything is; it’s walkable. I hated almost everything! The room I was in wasn’t clean at all, it STINKS too it’s like a mix of old dust and cigarettes, the room is not worth the money at all, and everything shared is dirty. I can tell nobody cleans or domes to clean. The bathroom was disgusting and someone ended up clogging the sink. There’s a sign that says quiet time is at 11pm-8am and it’s obvious nobody listens to this, someone had their music blasting at 12am and certain activities could be heard from my room. The hallway is incredibly small it’s hard to move anything around. The price I paid felt like a rip off. Even if you leave food in the fridge someone will touch it. I don’t recommend this place at all. Even one night was enough for me to never come back, save your money find somewhere else!

The stay was comfortable for the price. Located near the convention center, stadiums, downtown area. Fast wifi, carpeted room, A/C, washer/dryer, etc. And the staff/tenants were helpful. The issue comes from how the owner doesn't respond with any last minute updates. She has two separate locations and sent me to one where all the rooms in the unit were already occupied or rented, in an apartment that was terribly maintained. Had to wait nearly an hour for her to relocate me to the intended booking, fortunately in another complex around the block. This one was worth it: friendly helpful tenants and functional amenities if you're looking for a convenient and easy place to stay for the weekend. The lack of communication worried me

Buena ubicación: a minutos de paradas de bus/tren del transporte público. Cerca de la estación que viene el aeropuerto de Baltimore y de la estación que va a Washington. Anfitrión muy amable y responde rápido. Pude dejar las maletas luego del check-out. Todo estuvo bien para el precio y una corta estancia
