The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the outdoor area was poorly maintained, the breakfast was fake, and the portions were too small with no variety.

“Excellent”

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the pub right next door was great; the place stayed very quiet. The shower needed an upgrade – the head was weak and I had to crank the taps up high to get any water flow.

The breakfast was basic but acceptable; the room was clean and tidy, though it only had one full mirror in the bathroom, which could be improved.

The room was spacious, recently redecorated, and the shower and bathroom were great. There was no microwave, which was a shame because the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday.

“Certainly not a place I'd consider staying at again.”

The staff should have told me that dinner wasn’t available on my check‑in night. They called at 6:30 pm to ask when I’d arrive; I told them I was in Albury and it would have helped if they’d suggested I eat before coming. When I got to the front desk, they handed me the key and then vanished, leaving the place deserted. My kettle didn’t work and the overall experience was truly disappointing. I tried to call after hours to cancel and move to another hotel but no one answered. The next day the hotel manager/owner called and offered me lunch to make up for the inconvenience.
