Ingwe Lodge is well situated for visiting Matopos National Park. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, and they certainly went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. While the accommodation was comfortable and clean, it feels a little dated and could use a makeover.

Great location just outside of Matobo Hills National Park. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and warm, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the views were great, Wi‑Fi worked well, and there was so much wildlife at your door. The staff treated me like part of their own family as a solo traveler and I made memories here that will stay with me for life. The location is easy to get to from Bulawayo, straight down Matopos road and even easier to get into the National Park. The facilities were clean and comfortable. A very underrated lodge within the Matobo Hills.

It is far away from the hectic city life, it is refreshing, the staff was great, eager to help. The food were ok and the overall stay was comfortable. Facilities in the rooms, like a bar fridge, a heater and maybe TV, are missing.

Both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious. The service was excellent. The surroundings are very quiet, so we slept heavenly. The area near Matobo National Park is very beautiful. Because the outside temperatures didn’t allow it, we didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting and well‑maintained. The furniture in the rooms is a bit old. The water in the bathroom was difficult to adjust to a pleasant shower temperature.
