Everything is great! The staff interaction, breakfast, large parking lot, and facilities. From Mariental you can shop in town or join safaris, meet Bushmen, see leopards up close, and walk on the red Kalahari sand.

I stayed in a spacious room that even had mosquito spray and a mosquito trap in case I got bitten, and it was a bit outside Mariental. I could grill on my own if I wanted, just bring my own food and supplies.

The room was gorgeous, roomy and spotless. The owner was incredibly kind and also a fantastic cook. Everything was fine.

It’s a good base to explore the Kalahari Desert, with a welcoming setup surrounded by greenery and a beautiful setting. The room is large and fully equipped, and they offer breakfast.
