The staff and location were good, but there was no microwave in the room and the ice machine wasn’t on the floor I was on.

The rooms were clean and spacious. However, you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms, which is really uncomfortable and annoying.

The front‑desk staff were incredibly friendly, especially the employee named Na*Hyun who solved every issue right away, so I’ll definitely keep booking here for future business trips.

The bed was nice, but you could hear people outside the door. At the hotel restaurant we waited 20 minutes, and then it took an hour to receive our food—very slow and unproductive.

The AC was broken and the room stayed at 85 degrees all night.
