The location is excellent and the shuttle to the airport ran on time. Dinner options were lacking; we ordered a couple of hamburgers that took ages to arrive, though the food was decent, so we ate upstairs. The front‑desk lady handled multiple tasks smoothly, was friendly and professional, but could use extra support.

Everything was pretty good. The service from one employee during check‑in was unacceptable; later a young man who handled our check‑out provided very good service.
