Located 4 km from Chiang Mai International Airport, it's near Tha Pae Gate, Chedi Luang Temple, and Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, with attentive staff and excellent service.

It’s a beautiful place to stay, located in the center with all conveniences nearby. The staff are delightful and well‑prepared to help with anything; the rooms are always clean, and the pool is the perfect way to finish the day. We stayed four days before moving on, then returned for one night and the ladies were super happy and welcoming to see us again.

The location in Chiang Mai’s city centre is great. It feels a bit dated and the value for money is disappointing.

The location, the space in front of the reception, and the pool area where you can sit and grab a bite, plus the luggage storage, are all good. The air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Everything was impeccably clean and the staff extremely courteous; the menu was small but everything was homemade and delicious, even the cappuccino, and the covered pool (1.35 m deep, sloping to about 1.60 m) was perfect for kids; it sits right by the Friday night market and a street‑food corner that opens daily at 17:00, and honestly, everything was superb.
