The price is cheap, but the policy says “No booking or credit card fee” and they still charged a credit card fee. The staff weren’t very friendly and I didn’t feel welcomed. It was still okay because it’s cheap and worth staying, but the worst part was that they tried to take my phone and read 10 reviews on their own. I didn’t like that; if they hadn’t done that the review could have been better.

It was nice, and I from Fatehpur usually come to visit Amritsar. I booked this time and will come there only in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to visit again!
