The Wi‑Fi was unstable, the morning coffee was weak and not refilled, the shower took a long time to heat, and the room had a musty smell.

The staff were friendly, the cleaning was thorough, and the room was comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but the weather was the issue—rainy and cold—so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful pool.
