The spot was good and the staff were friendly, but the shower barely had warm water; I called front desk to ask how to convert the tub to a shower while water was running, and it was still barely warm. They later told me that if I had turned on the sink faucet, the water would have warmed up hotter. REALLY? The wood trim was badly scarred, and there was a sloppy sheetrock patch around the shower head. The pillows were stiff, not fluffy, and the mattress was way too firm. They use Direct TV as the provider, so I couldn’t get CBS. I ended up with a double queen room instead of the king bed I had requested. The upstairs king was available but there was no elevator. At $170 the price was ridiculous for this room.

The spot’s location was spot‑on, and the staff were warm and helpful.

The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, and the hotel was right next to the basketball tournament. However, there was no elevator, which was tough when I was 30 weeks pregnant, and I didn’t feel the $200 a night was justified.
