“Need the refund”

I booked on behalf of Abhimanyu Our guest did not even stayed there because the property was all dirty, bathrooms were having urinary bedsheets were dirty floor was dirty They shared other room andvsame situation but when we said we need refund they said no and our guest left the premise. I tried to call booking com for refund no help was giving Pathetic experience from booking com and housr our money was all looted. Everything The guest did not even stayed for more than 5 minutes and no refund was given even when they had no clean room after knowing they have a booking

“Please don't go here, very bad service”

It was very very and very bad, they don't have glasses also, no water in bathroom, no room service, nothing, nothing, and nothing worth; nothing like anything.

I never actually got to stay at this hotel, so I don't have much to say about it. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience it firsthand.

I've been lucky enough to find a gem in Pune - this hotel really does feel like home. The rooms are super comfy, the staff are friendly and professional, and the food is just like mom used to make. I've stayed here a few times now and I always feel welcome. Paras at the front desk is particularly helpful, he's always going out of his way to make sure I have everything I need.

“Great Location, But the Room and Bathroom Need Attention”

On the plus side, the location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's right in the heart of the IT Park, making it super convenient for getting around the city. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major letdown. There was dust everywhere and the floors hadn't been vacuumed properly. And to top it all off, the bathroom was in a pretty sorry state - it was dated, had mold in the grouting, and the water pressure was really weak.
